Because you’re using WordPress, you already have a default RSS feed that takes the form of yoursite.com/feed.
Despite this, you may still want to use a more advanced RSS tracking and delivery system. If so, you can simply take the feed URL provided by the service of your choice, paste it into the Thesis RSS Feed field (accessed via Thesis Admin → Site → RSS Feed), and then save.
