Thesis Skins and Boxes
Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds on Skins or Boxes. In the unlikely event that a Thesis Skin or Box does not function properly on your site, we will consider a refund within 30 days of your purchase, but only if you have worked with our support staff to resolve the problem first.
You can contact our support staff in the Customer Support Center.
If we are unable to get a Skin or Box functioning properly on your site—and if you are within the 30-day deadline—then we will issue you a refund for the purchase.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for compatibility with 3rd party software components or WordPress Plugins that are not developed by DIYthemes. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of 3rd party software compatibility.
By purchasing a Thesis Skin or Box, you are agreeing to the terms of this refund policy.

Client Site Options
