Love the theme, have my fledgling site up, adding content, and soon want to begin placing Adsense ads. You cover how to insert ads within posts, but how do I place ads in the second or third columns? I’m sure I’m not alone in wanting to do this.

Evelyn — Both of those are accomplished through the use of custom functions. Right now, a fair amount of coding knowledge is required to pull off results like the ones you’ve highlighted, but there is a simple example function located inside your Thesis custom functions file, which you can find here:
/thesis/custom/custom_functions.phpAlso, users over in the forums have created successful custom function solutions, so you may want to peruse the customization tips forum and look for threads pertaining to this topic.

I’m weighing buying Thesis. Do I understand your pricing correctly that if I buy the private user version ($87), I can only use it one site? I’m about the build and develop about 30 subdomain sites, and I need a Theme I can pretty much standardize on for efficiency and simplicity.
If I have to buy a copy for each of 30 sites, I can’t afford it.

I hate this theme. You’ll find difficult to customize this one cause it takes time to find it’s IDs for further CSS customize plus the old pages for the nav menu cannot be delete. I hate it to see them and I cannot see my new page entry for the nav menu. There was no option to delete those stupid old pages I created.
How can you delete the old ununsed entries in the “Select pages to include in nav menu:”. this sucks!!! when you have many pages to edit the damned old entries are still there allocating the space not intented to them. even you delete the page/s they are still there ****ing! damn! is there a solution deleting thos ****ing old pages?
No answer to my question? have you been all thinking what happens if you edit the name of the page and have been notice that the page is still there in the include page in the nav menu even you have been deleted it already? You cannot edit it you must create another page.. So, is it not sucks that there will be tens or 20s pages you need to edit or rename? and you’re gonna create another 10s and 20s pages.. what functionality is it? it failed the true function and easeness of the site. I have post a lot of posts here and no one responded. I need the answer chris. I have a client and waiting for me and it sucks my time. damn!
