i find it a bit suspicious that none of the above commenters thinks this is nuts – yes, Thesis is a wonderful theme,but given how many wonderful themes are out there (many of them free /and/ relatively configurable), it’s totally ridiculous that you pay $87 bucks and /still/ can’t remove the freaking attribution link.

if you ask me, either we’re all a bit deluded or Chris is doing some censoring… 😉

let me be clear, i’m not trying to be a jerk – Chris i’m grateful to (and very impressed with) you for making the web easier for so many people – but Thesis has earned its reputation by being /good/, not from pagerank – and given its current popularity, at $87 a pop, i have to imagine you’re doing fine by now.

Hi Chris,

I’ve just started to put together my membership site and I’m loving the theme – it’s so perfect for it!

I got a developer’s upgrade even though I’m not a developer, so I could remove the att. link. But as I’m not a dev. I’m not sure how to do it. Could you point me in the right direction?

I love this theme, and as footer link without nofollow may be an attribution for you. anyway, how about create the magazine style wordpress theme? i would love to wait for the theme. Hehe..
