I wish I could help you further, Steve, but I don’t have access to any of the payment systems. Presumably, you should have gotten an email with login information for both the store and message boards.
Check your spam filter, just to be sure; otherwise, we’ll have to wait until Chris gets back from his vacation; I know he was staying in Europe for a couple of weeks — not sure when he’ll be back (maybe this weekend?).
In any event, I do know that if you’ve received login information to the support boards, you should be able to use the same login information in the bar at the top of this page to log in to the store. I hope.
