This policy applies to the Thesis Basic, Thesis Basic Plus, and Thesis Professional licenses (henceforth, “Thesis”) from DIYthemes.
Because Thesis is an intangible digital good, we do not typically offer refunds after a purchase has been made.
In the unlikely event Thesis does not function properly on your server, we will consider a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, but only if you have worked with our support staff to try and resolve the problem first.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for compatibility with 3rd party software components or WordPress Plugins not developed by DIYthemes. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of 3rd party software compatibility.
You can contact our support staff in the Customer Support Center, and we will attempt to resolve your problem in a timely manner.
If we are unable to get Thesis functioning properly on your server—and if you are within the 30-day deadline—then we will issue you a refund for the purchase.
By purchasing Thesis, you are agreeing to the terms of this refund policy.
