Angry Thesis Model Sites Look Messed Up! What Happened?

I based alot of the elements of my site off of various model Thesis sites. Imagine my surprise when they all look messed up. And so does mine. The pictures are off, the banner moved, and the multimedia box is off.

Take a look. How do I fix it? Why does this keep happening? (Before I signed up, I looked at the sites below and the Sidebar 3 didn't appear properly. I thought it was just a fluke. )

Did you perhaps have your screen font-size bumped up? Command-key and the + or - key will change font-size and that could affect the display...

When I first saw this thread, I figured that the Thesis demo blog was being referred to. If you haven't seen Chris' new design of it, check it out. It's still Thesis, but check out that unique design!

Well, thanks for looking at my site as a model. I'm not sure it's the best, but I'm flattered anyway! And I was going to say that I've been tweaking it lately but I didn't think there were any major problems...

BTW, the latest customizations I've been making have been with firebug and I highly recommend using it. Even if you don't understand code, it's easy to use.
