SEO Domination and Markup Schema

Thesis Skins from DIYthemes are the most optimized website frameworks available today.

Nobody else offers Thesis Skins, WordPress themes, or child themes that score as high on Google Page Speed, rank as well in search engines, or boast such a small footprint in terms of both file size and number of HTTP requests per page.

In short, Thesis Skins not only make your site fast, but they also set you up to dominate the search engines by taking advantage of the latest technology.

For example…

Markup Schema

Here at DIYthemes, we compromise NOTHING when it comes to search engine rankings, and that’s why Thesis includes complete markup Schema support.

The following Schema are supported by default:

  • Article
  • BlogPosting
  • CreativeWork
  • Event
  • NewsArticle
  • Product
  • Recipe
  • Review
  • WebPage

Need a different Schema? No problem—it’s easy to add any type you want to Thesis.

All official Thesis Skins from DIYthemes come with a default Schema like BlogPosting or Article.

But here’s the clincher—you can override this default setting by selecting a specific markup Schema on any post or page!

Bottom line: You can employ any kind of Schema you want—there are no limits!

Thesis is the easiest, most comprehensive, and most reliable way to implement markup Schema on your website.

I am trying to find out how to make my site responsive. Will this new theme do that if I apply it to my existing blog?

Lisa, yes indeed—all of our Thesis Skins are responsive and will look fantastic on all devices.

I subscribe to A Slice of MIT. I receive a copy each day. It uses Thesis.
Does it use one of your skins as a basis – and then tweek it or enhance it? If not, does someone have something similar or can someone quickly come up with something similar? I like its “do-it-all and get-to-it-all and overview-everything on and from page-one” approach. I think I would want to use it it as a child-theme kinda sorta as a landing page.
Many thanks … and keep rocking !!

John, the Slice of MIT site is using an ancient version of Thesis from 2010, but the design concept in play there is the same as it is with any of our Skins today.

They’ve taken the basic Thesis design and then applied light customizations on top of it. This is by far the easiest way to build a truly refined, technically superior website.

All of our Skins are perfectly-suited to be the basis for a customized design, but they also provide extensive customization options that make significant modifications possible from the comfort of the WP Admin.

In some cases, the only question is which Skin has a default design that’s closest to your desired outcome.

After working with thousands of sites, one thing we know for sure is that customizations of all types require far less custom code (PHP and HTML, specifically) with Thesis Skins versus other WordPress themes.

I’m thinking to buy this framework because of the fast loading speed. I like to use its skins after that.
